A bolster is a compact cushion in a round or rectangular shape. Bolsters are designed to support the back, neck, lumbar or knee joints during restorative yoga poses and promote deeper relaxation.

Adjustable and refillable
Our bolsters are filled with buckwheat chaff. This ensures even distribution and therefore optimal comfort. The filling can be added or reduced as desired. The buckwheat chaff in the bolster will settle a little over time.
