Chakra Crystal Singing Bowls
This highest quality crystal singing bowl is made from pure quartz powder that is heated to over 1700 degrees Celsius. When heated, the individual particles of the quartz powder integrate and are then formed into a shell. These chakra bowls contain the selected tones (from the root chakra to the crown chakra): C, D, E, F, G, A & B. They are decorated on the outside with a colored lotus to match the chakra note.

Cleaning instructions: Clean with lukewarm water on a lint-free cloth. If necessary, use a mild detergent. Attention: The coloring is not waterproof.

Instructions for playing a crystal singing bowl
Always place the bowl on the rubber ring for stability and better sound. Using a mallet, gently hit the outer edge three times. Now, using the neutral suede, rubber, or silicone end of the beater, gently rub the outer edge of the bowl in any direction until the desired vibration is created. Vary the angle and speed for different tones. Remove the mallet for long-lasting bowl resonance and experience the sound energy resonating throughout your body.

Some “Do Not’s” apply to the crystal singing bowls
Don't hit a bowl by hitting too hard or playing too loudly. Unlike metal bowls, these crystal bowls can break easily, so handle them with care. Do not play two or more bowls in close proximity to each other (at least 30 cm between them); Doing the opposite can cause a bowl to break. Do not drop a beater – or other heavy objects – into the bowl. Never put a person's head into a crystal bowl while playing on it. Do not strike or play a crystal bowl too loudly near a person's head/ears.

Compilation of a set of 7 chakra singing bowls
You can decide for yourself how you would like to put together a set of 7 chakra bowls. For example, use the 20cm bowls for the higher tones and the 30cm bowls for chakras 6 and 7. Larger bowls have a deeper sound and the sound lasts longer. But you can also take 7 bowls of the same diameter, one for each chakra. It all depends on your preferences.

432 Hertz (Hz)
Sound and music consist of vibrations. The higher the number of vibrations per second, the higher the tone. The unit for this is the Hertz (Hz). 432 Hz is the natural “pitch” of the universe. This tone is intertwined in nature, in mathematics, in planetary orbits, throughout the universe.
