Smaller model of a Yogi & Yogini Bolster made from 100% organic cotton, suitable for supporting the shoulders, back and back of the knees. Can also be used as a neck pillow and for yoga with children. Helps achieve deeper relaxation and helps with injuries.

Buckwheat chaff filling
Buckwheat chaff ensures an even distribution of the filling and therefore optimal comfort. Adjust the desired height by removing or adding some filling from the inner cushion.
