Yoga block cork

These yoga blocks are used, among other things, to practice Iyengar, Anusara, Ashtanga, power and therapeutic yoga. They are used to support the back when bending with a hollow back or the hands when standing. They are also widely used as aids in physiotherapy.

Harvested manually for longevity - No trees are cut down to harvest cork, instead the bark of the cork oak trees is harvested by hand every nine years. Cork oaks can live up to 300 years!

Promoting biodiversity - over 6.6 million hectares of Mediterranean cork oak forest extend across Portugal, Spain, Algeria, Morocco, Italy, Tunisia and France. These oak forests are also part of one of the world's largest forest areas with high levels of biodiversity, the second highest after the Amazon rainforest.
